How much does delivery cost?
United Kingdom
1st class delivery 1-3 working days £2.25
Next day delivery (next 'Working' day) £6.99
Saturday guaranteed delivery (For orders made on a Friday, Required for the Saturday) £11
All orders from Coffeesh0p are sent the very same day if ordered before 4pm (Mon/Fri) via recorded post with Royal mail & require a signature at the door, ALL orders with us are 100% guaranteed & insured!
We do not work or post on weekends.
Europe
Shipping to Europe costs just £2 (approx €3) and takes about 5 days to arrive, buyr may occasionally take a little longer.
Orders over £100 (approx €140) are shipped for free.
United States
For the USA, delivery time can be between 5 to 25 business days depending on your location. We make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. Please be aware of possible delays at International customs.
Shipping to America costs £9.50 + 5p per 1g and will normally leave the UK within 1 working day. Select your country on payment page.
What will my package look like? / Is your packaging discrete?
We use plain white or brown padded envelopes/Jiffy Bags for large or fragile items, plain white paper envelopes for tin & thin items and plain grey plastic mailing bags for everything else. Very occasionaklly, we might use a small cardboard box.
All orders have your name and address on the front, along with a stamp (and stickers for fragile, recorded delivery and airmail where applicable). On the back will be our anonymous returns address. Our company name or website address doesn't appear anywhere so there's no indication of what's inside or where it came from without opening it. Totally discrete!
Will I need to sign for my order? / Will my order fit through my letterbox? / Does someone need to be home to receive my order?
A signature is required for all UK orders over £100 and for smaller orders with optional recorded delivery.
While we make every effort to pack your order into as small a package as possible to fit through your letter box, you may need to be home to receive larger items (bongs or huge quantities of entheogens, for example). If that's a problem, you can enter a different delivery address at the checkout or your postman will leave a card with information about collecting your package from your local post office depot.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what's going on?
Occasionally, orders can be delayed for reasons outside our control, such as flight delays, adverse weather or any other boring-yet-entirely-possible reason. They almost always turn up after a few days, so we ask that you please be patient as there's very little we can do once your order is on it's way. If your order still hasn't arrived after a week (14 days for Europe) , let us know and we'll go through a few checks with you, refund any postage costs and issue a replacement.
What's your cut-off for same day shipping?
There isn't one. We're based so far north that the Royal Mail's collection deadline at our local post office is 10 AM. This means that your order will almost always be posted the morning after you placed it. While not ideal for orders placed in the middle of the day, we work very late hours to ensure that orders placed in the evening (and sometimes the middle of the night) are posted first thing the next day.
Where's my recorded delivery tracking number?
First class post in the UK is so fast & reliable that we usually don't give out tracking numbers upfront. As everything will get there the next day (or a couple of days at the latest), your order will likely have arrived before the Royal Mail's system has even been updated.
We do keep tracking numbers on record though, so we can dig them out in the event of a delay or if you ask us for it.
Can you ship X to my country?
We're based in the UK, so everything we sell will be posted via Royal Mail's regular post. If we can't post it to the UK, we don't sell it - it's that simple.
If your country is listed above, then we will ship any of our products to you. However, it is your responsibility to check your local laws and postal restrictions. We do not accept any responsibility for orders outside the UK, should they be seized at the border or if you are breaking any of your county's laws by importing our products. As well as the law, this also applies to refunds - if you illegally import our products into your country and your order is seized or destroyed, we will not offer a refund or replacement.
Oops, I made a mistake in my delivery address!
Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your details. If your order has already been shipped, then there's not a lot we can do, however simple or obvious mistakes will probably be ignored by your local postman anyway, although it may cause delays. While we do not validate delivery addresses, your order will still be processed by a human so any obvious typos are likely to be corrected or your order might be put on hold until we can confirm any missing details, but this is not guaranteed!
If your order still hasn't arrived a week later, please let us know. While we won't be offering a refund or a free replacement (as is the case with delayed orders going to the correct address), it's still highly likely that the order will make its way back to us via the anonymous returns address on the back of the envelope after a couple of weeks, after which we can refund the cost of the products you ordered. Delivery costs (if applicable) will not be refunded for mistakes.
