We don't store any of your credit card data. We use cookies on the site which are necessary for the site to function properly - for example, keeping products in your basket as you navigate through the site. We also collect anonymous data on site usage in order to improve our service. The only emails you will receive from us are automatically generated when orders are placed, shipped, modified, or for other functions of the site, such as resetting your account password. Our email newsletter must be opted in to, and your subscription will need to be confirmed by you (clicking the link in the welcome email to confirm your subscription) before you will receive our newsletter. Returns & Replacements
Goods can be returned to us via post to the address shown on the back of your package. If you no longer have the packaging, please email us and the return address will be provided. Unwanted items returned within 14 days of arrival will be refunded, minus postage costs, or replaced with the same or similar item of equivalent value. Unwanted items that come in their own packaging will need to arrive back here with their packaging undamaged to qualify for a refund. Broken items may not need to be returned, depending on the state of the item in question. Please contact us first and we will resolve the issue.
